Modern wellness has become disconnected.

So many women in San Francisco are craving deeper connection, healthier routines, and movement that actually feels intentional — but most wellness spaces still feel transactional, performative, or surface level.

You bounce between workout classes, busy schedules, social media, and networking events… yet still feel disconnected from your body, your nervous system, and the kind of community you actually want to build.

Movement was never meant to feel chaotic.
And community was never meant to feel forced.

Need Better Headline: Who We Are

So many women in San Francisco are craving deeper connection, healthier routines, and movement that actually feels intentional — but most wellness spaces still feel transactional, performative, or surface level.

You bounce between workout classes, busy schedules, social media, and networking events… yet still feel disconnected from your body, your nervous system, and the kind of community you actually want to build.

Movement was never meant to feel chaotic.
And community was never meant to feel forced.

This event was created to bring women together through movement in a way that feels grounding, elevated, and real.

Imagine leaving class feeling:

  • stronger and more connected to your body

  • calmer mentally

  • inspired by the women around you

  • excited about building healthier routines and friendships

  • reminded that wellness can feel beautiful, intentional, and fun

Meet the Instructor

Hi, I’m Gina — a Classical Pilates instructor based in San Francisco and founder of Gina SF Pilates.

I teach Pilates through the lens of precision, intentional movement, and long-term body awareness — not burnout or trend-based fitness.

After completing an intensive comprehensive Classical Pilates certification through the Metropolitan Authentic Training program, I’ve dedicated my work to helping people move better, feel stronger, and build a deeper relationship with their bodies.

But beyond the physical practice, I care deeply about building community through movement.

This event is the beginning of something bigger:
a space for women to connect through wellness, movement, conversation, and shared standards for how they want to feel and live.
